Exelon Fire Rescue is located at Exelon Power's Eddystone Generating Station, a fossil fuel generating station in Eddystone, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Exelon Fire Rescue is the plant protection service for the generating station, providing all fire, ems and rescue services to the plant. In addition to performing emergency response duties the department also performs preventive measures to assure a safe working environment throughout the plant.
